As a VIP® Buyer, I guarantee that when you find the home your want to purchase,

I will negotiate on your behalf to help you purchase this home for at least

$5,000 less than the listed price

(i.e. the price listed on the MLS - Multiple Listing Service),

or I will pay you $1,000 cash at the closing of the sale.

Conditions:

• You will obtain written pre-approval for a home loan form a leading institution within 21 days of the date of this guarantee.
• The listed price of the home you puchase will be least $150,000.

Buy any home and we'll save you up to $5,000 or pay you $1,000 cash guaranteed.  To qualify, you must buy a home through a CENTURY 21 Professionals Agent.  Puchase home as follow: $150,000 and up will save you $5,000, $125,000-$149,999 will save you $4,000, $100,000-$124,999 will save you $3,000, $75,000 - $99,999 will save you $2,000, $50,000 - $99,999 will save you $1,000.  Minimum house purchase price to be $50,000.

• If I fail to negotiate a price for you as stated above, I will pay you the $1,000 guaranteed cash savings at the closing of the sale of the home you purchase through me.
• Must sign a Buyer Agency Agreement with a CENTURY 21 Professionals Agent in agreement our compensation is to be 3% for residential + $250 and for vacant land and commercial is to be 5% + $250.
